According to 'Columbus Business First,' Branch Insurance raised a $147 million private equity round, which values the company at $1.05 billion. Weatherford Capital led the Series C. The round also included existing and new backers such as Acrew, American Family Ventures, Anthemis, Gaingels, Greycroft, HSCM Ventures, Narya, SignalFire and Tower IV.
