According to published reports, Zenefits is announcing that it has raised $2.1 million in seed capital. The new round includes an initial $372K tranche of capital raised out of Y Combinator from Andreessen Horowitz, Yuri Milner, General Catalyst, Garry Tan, Justin Kan and Alexis Ohanian. The round was led by Venrock and Maverick Capital.
