HotelTonight, the developer of a mobile device app for last minute hotel bookings, has raised $45 million in Series D financing led by Coatue Management, with participation from GGV Capital.

Prior investors Battery Ventures, Accel Partners, U.S. Venture Partners and First Round Capital also committed capital.
