According to Time, online petition company Change.org has raised $25 million in new venture capital funding. Investors include Omidyar Network, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Reid Hoffman, Ev Williams, Jerry Yang, Gideon Yu, Arianna Huffington, Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary.
