Impact, a professional network for the entertainment industry founded by Academy Award-winning filmmakers and Imagine Entertainment Executive Chairmen Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, and led by CEO Tyler Mitchell, has raised $15 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by Shasta Ventures with participation from Benchmark and strategic investors including Skydance, Riviera Partners, Michael Lynton (Chairman of Snap and former Chairman & CEO of Sony Entertainment), Eric Fellner (Producer and Co-chairman of Working Title Films), Brian Koppelman & David Levien (Billions creators), and Anthony Wood (Roku Founder & CEO).
