Yext has raised $50 million in Series F funding led by Insight Venture Partners with participation from Marker, Institutional Venture Partners, and Sutter Hill Ventures.

Today, Yext PowerListings syncs information for over 50,000 locations. The company was founded in 2006 by Howard Lerman, Brian Distelburger and Brent Metz.
