SEATTLE, WA, Leading provider of enterprise-level event registration and technology solutions, recently completed a $4.1 million growth capital financing.
eventcore, a leading provider of enterprise-level event registration and technology solutions, recently completed a $4.1 million growth capital financing initiative. Led by East Seattle Partners, this influx of financing will be used to expand eventcore's sales and marketing efforts on a national level, while accelerating product development to better serve its customers. Nick Zabriskie, partner at East Seattle Partners will join eventcore's Board of Directors.
The company, which traces its roots back to the mid 1980's, has grown to become the premier technology solutions provider for enterprise customers holding high visibility, impactful events. From professional associations to multinational corporations with event sizes ranging from 35 to 35,000+ attendees, the company partners with clients to deliver a highly tailored and exceptional product for their event attendees, exhibitors and sponsors.
"Over the last several years, our industry has become increasingly sophisticated," said Mark Johnson, CEO of eventcore. "Companies are no longer satisfied with inflexible out-of-the-box products that limit their event capabilities, and they shouldn't have to settle. When graduating to more impactful and customized solutions, we want businesses across the country to look to eventcore for an end-product that can be designed to fully meet their requirements."
This growing niche is where eventcore continues to capture additional market share. Its combination of unsurpassed industry experience, agile data storage and reporting, and project management expertise has enabled the company to consistently deliver successful, world class event technology to some of the most prominent and respected enterprise organizations across the globe.
"Our team is very proud of all that we've accomplished," said eventcore CTO Adrien Petersen, "and we are just getting started." With this investment, eventcore plans to upgrade many of its internal systems and unveil several new customer-facing features.
"Our customers want more from event technology," said Johnson, "more real-time information, more attendee and presenter tech tools, and more third-party integrations. This partnership with our new investor group will allow us to expedite the release of these items, improving the customer experience overall."
Developing a national sales and marketing presence is also on the agenda. To date, eventcore has primarily focused on the West Coast but is now broadening its geographic reach and offering its highly-customized technology and premier event services to companies across the United States.
"eventcore has distinguished itself as a clear leader in the rapidly growing custom event technology industry," said Alan Frazier, managing partner of East Seattle Partners. "We are excited to partner with Mark, Adrien and the entire eventcore team to help the company scale its platform, better serve its existing blue-chip customer base, and expand its presence to serve a much broader set of customers."
