Complete Solaria, Inc. announced it has received a $10 million strategic investment from Foris Ventures, LLC, an entity affiliated with John Doerr, Chairman of Kleiner Perkins. The commitment is part of a previously announced $30 million bridge round, in support of Complete Solaria's previously announced business combination with Freedom Acquisition I Corp. (NYSE: FACT), and is being made in the form of a firm commitment to purchase $10 million of convertible notes.
