Cross Atlantic Capital Partners today announced that its Co-Investment Fund II has led the Series B financing round for Voxware, a leading provider of voice solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The investment will also allow Voxware to continue to invest into research and development of its voice recognition software, including ongoing advancement of its cloud-based software solution, as well as continued development of its platform for voice-centric multi-modal applications.

This is The Co-Investment Fund II's third investment into Voxware.
