Tetrous, Inc., a Sherman Oaks start up focused on bone-to-tendon healing following orthopedic surgery, is pleased to announce the successful closure of its Series A financing round, raising a total of $6,500,000. This round of financing was a Reg D offering available to accredited investors. It attracted a diverse group of investors, including a significant investment (over 50% of the raise) from strategic partners including our USA and Australian manufacturing and distribution partners, as well as investments from the management team, and existing shareholders. The round was expanded twice from the initial $5,000,000 target due to overwhelming interest and support from existing investors, strategic partners and new investors.
