Allset, the restaurant dine-in service that makes the restaurant dining experience more convenient and accessible for busy restaurant lovers, has raised $5 million in Series A funding round.

Including previously raised $3.35M in seed funding, Allset has now raised a total of $8.35M.

The new round was led by Greycroft Partners, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Vaizra Investments, Compound, FJ Labs, and SMRK VC Fund. (Andreessen Horowitz, Compound, FJ Labs, and SMRK VC Fund participated in a previous seed round.)

Allset plans to utilize the new funds on marketing and to expand nationwide.

Founded in 2015, Allset is currently available at 700+ restaurants in 9 cities: San Francisco, Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, Boston, Austin, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Jose.

How Allset works
-The diner reserves a table, orders their meal from the menu, and pays for it before they arrive at the restaurant.
-The restaurant will prepare food beforehand and serve it to the diner in minutes after arrival.
-No check at the end of the meal, so the diner can leave when they're ready.

Allset is available on iOS, Android, and web. Launched initially for lunch service only, Allset is now adding more options for dinner, breakfast, and weekend brunch.

Allset charges a 12% commission from each order to the restaurant. The service is free for users.
