Clear Clinic & Schweiger Dermatology Management Company, LLC (the 'Company') announced today that it has closed a $12.4 million Series A financing led by SV Life Sciences ('SVLS'), a leading international life sciences venture capital firm. The Company manages Schweiger Dermatology, PLLC and Schweiger Dermatology, PC (collectively, 'Schweiger Dermatology'). Schweiger Dermatology is a leading provider of dermatology services in the New York metro area which owns and operates 14 dermatology practices in Manhattan, Long Island, Westchester County and northern New Jersey and is pursuing a strategy of growth through selectively building and acquiring dermatology practice offices.
