CHARLOTTE, NC, Company that provides an intelligent IT blueprinting software suite, announced that it closed the second $3.0 million tranche of Series B venture capital financing from Intel Capital, Intersouth Partners and Noro-Moseley Partners.
Adaptivity, The IT Blueprint Company, which provides an intelligent IT blueprinting software suite, announced today that it closed the second $3.0 million tranche of Series B venture capital financing from Intel Capital, Intersouth Partners and Noro-Moseley Partners on February 10, 2012.
The additional equity funding will be used to accelerate sales and marketing infrastructure to support growing market demand for the Company's Blueprint4IT Lifecycle Suite of software products. The investors previously invested $10 million in October 2010 and $3 million in July 2011 in the Company.
