UberSense, a provider of video analysis technology for improving athletic performance, has raised about $1 million in a financing round, according to a new filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Fifteen separate investors participated in the offering.

Ubersense is an iPhone/iPad/iTouch mobile app that helps athletes and coaches improve at their sport using easy-to-use video analysis tools and collaboration. UberSense is used by thousands of coaches and athletes to analyze and improve technique and performance in nearly every sport or activity imaginable.
