According to "Nation's Restaurant News," Blank Street, a 14-unit coffee chain, has secured $25 million in Series A funding led by investors General Catalyst and Tiger Global. Other investors include Neil Blumenthal and Dave Gilboa (Warby Parker), Jeff Raider (Warby Parker and Harry's), Joey Zwillinger (Allbirds), and global real estate firm Tishman Speyer.
Blank Street is a small-format coffee shop with big dreams. The firm maintains its own specialty coffee brand built on top of next-generation electric street carts and micro kiosks, while powering its customer experience through mobile ordering.
