Unnatural Products is a startup pairing AI with chemistry to create treatments for drug targets that aren't amenable to our current therapeutic strategies. UNP is a drug discovery platform focused on a promising class of molecules called macrocycles. We combine computational design algorithms with directed, parallel synthesis to create collections of novel molecules bridge the gap between discovery and lead optimization. This unique marriage of computational tools and data driven, empirical discovery allows UNP to access chemistries and discovery strategies inaccessible to other macrocycle platforms and approaches.
