Lawdingo connects people with attorneys online. Lawdingo identifies the right set of lawyers for a user, facilitates the initial conversation with them by phone, email or video chat, and handles all of the delivery of and payments for legal services and other virtual attorney-client engagements. It aims to serve the purposes of a law firm much more efficiently than a law firm could. Lawdingo introduces a modern communication network into the industry that allows solo practice attorneys to provide a better level of service to clients than can their larger firm counterparts. Lawdingo was launched to the public late 2012, and has quickly grown to the largest network of its kind with a presence of lawyers in all 50 states. The company is headquartered in New York City. Lawdingo was founded by Internet entrepreneur Nikhil Nirmel, a non-lawyer who was formerly in charge of business intelligence at Yelp.
