CAVA is a growing Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant brand with a correlated line of chef-crafted dips and spreads. We started in DC with three first-generation Greek-Americans (with long Greek names, of course) who wanted to take their families' recipes and give them a modern spin. Our success in the DC area has opened doors to our growing presence in Southern California, New York City, Richmond, VA, and beyond.
